Senior Consultant:
person with at least 4 years of experience in the CPM/EPM industry. The Senior Consultant assists clients with the implementation of CCH Tagetik Cloud Solutions, working as a consulting team member. Essential responsibilities in this role are:
Support to configuring, building, setting up all features and functions for software implementations, translating business requirements into system requirements. Documenting all relevant client and project information, system changes, and project hours worked; providing detailed reports of work completed to clients on a regular basis. Contribution to develop trusted client relationships vital to the success of the project and/or account, maintaining an understanding of client business goals and challenges and acting as client advocate with internal teams to ensure client needs are understood and met. Support to oversee transition of implementation projects to Support team and ensures clients are fully prepared to use the system independently within specified time. Support to manage client communication strategy with internal teams for assigned managed services accounts; proactively keeping clients informed on product updates and CCH Tagetik initiatives. Encouraging client feedback to help drive the development of CCH Tagetik products and services. Required skills and qualifications for the job are:
Bachelor's Degree in Economic, Statistic, Accounting, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent work experience. At least 2 years of cloud implementation experience. At least 4 years' experience implementing EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) solutions. Ability to translate complex customer requirements and building configuration options, with the ability to guide clients through decision-making process. Strong technology and business acumen. Understanding of the financial close cycle and related best practices. Financial reporting and analysis experience. Experience creating consolidated financial statements for public and private companies. Ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills (business & technical) and troubleshooting skills. Capable of working within teams and alongside customers, as well as on your individual tasks with very limited supervision. Confident communication style with strong presentation skills. Self-aware, motivated, coachable and poised, able to work seamlessly as part of a team. Willingness to travel 70% of the time.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
