Leads large multi-domain/discipline projects from end to end while ensuring stakeholder alignment along the wayHelps to organize and execute the product strategy across an entire domain/discipline and incorporates other domains/disciplinesAlong with Project Sponsors, accountable for achieving the business results described in project/program charterAnticipates business needs/senior leadership questions/needs and owns business outcomeUnderstands and communicates context of interdependencies of multiple domains/disciplinesProactively plans and measures project benefitsLeading contributor to Best Practices Team of all the IT Project Managers in the organization, serving as a thought leaderHolds leaders accountable, ensuring project team leadership has a clear understanding of goals and timelinesGuides project managers and teams to analyze and solve problems across business areas (people, structures, processes and technology); identifies the things that work together to improve operational healthChallenges, engages and inspires others to commit to the workEncourages leaders to celebrate successes and recognize team membersUnderstands talent capabilities and gaps within projects and programsDelivers constructive feedback, training, and coaching to improve the performance of others and inspires the team to excel Supervisory Relationships:

Experience managing projects/programs with budget of +$5MAgile/lean experience in organizations leveraging lean/agile methodologies and in-depth experience with agile methodologiesPMI-PMP preferredProgram management experience in information technology with a focus on managing large and complex transformational projects.
Supervisory experience managing and leading an IT team of Business Analysts and/or Project ManagersAbility to work in diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across cross-functional teamsExcellent analytical, interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills What We Offer:
