Job Description Drive engaging employee experience through career development, coaching leaders, training, performance management, leader effectiveness, and compliance.
Work closely with P&C team and business leaders to resolve business challenges using sound P&C management practices in a manner that is consistent with Envista's 5 Guiding Principles.
Coach and advise managers on employee-related issues and needs.
Refine and execute P&C Programs within client groups, including performance management, compensation, career pathing, promotions and succession planning to elevate and drive performance.
Integrate data analytics and reporting to advise and guide leaders towards insightful decision-making.
Distills complex information into key insights, clear recommendations, and action plans.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all P&C systems to leverage people-related data and support employees by being a resource in everything Envista.
Supports internal client groups with change management initiatives.
Drive advocacy of diversity and inclusion that connects through various people related activities.
Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations when needed.
Consults with leadership on findings and appropriate course of action.
Leverage a strong ability to collaborate across corporate business segments for best practices, tools, and templates to assist in the delivery of high-quality people strategies to the business.
Continuously develops business acumen by participating in business meetings, job shadowing and staying current with industry trends.
