Contributes to the creation of new or enhanced procedures.
Supports standards and guidelines that guide the design of technology solutions across enterprise-wide hardware and software applications oProvides support to end users and IT teams by assisting with incidents and requests oPlans and performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance procedures and repair work on servers, applications, and related hardware and software oMonitors system backups, replication, and server performance.
Provide and implement recommendations for improvement oMonitors system logs and monitoring systems to ensure proper functioning of server and security functions oProvides technical guidance and training to less experienced team members oParticipates in regular server patching and maintenance oParticipates in on-call rotation for after-hours support o4 or more years of related professional work experience is required to complete all essential job functions.
