In this role, you will be a key interface between the Sales Representatives and the data-driven decision-making process within our organization.
Your primary responsibility will be fielding data requests from Sales and respond with delivery of accurate data from Salesforce in a preformatted Excel tool.
Responsibilities:
-Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives to understand their data needs, gather requirements, and provide timely and accurate data support.
-Utilize Salesforce to extract, and format sales data, ensuring its integrity, accuracy, and relevance for delivery to sales reps -Additional responsibilities may include maintenance of Excel-based reports, dashboards, and visualizations for leadership appraisal.
-Assist in the implementation of process improvements to optimize data collection, reporting, and analysis workflows.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field.
A combination of the current active pursuit of said degree and relevant experience will also be considered.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel -Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
-Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple data requests, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
