Client is seeking a business analyst who will play a key role in the Source to Pay Operations Support for PO creation at our new Deerfield site.
The Source to Pay Operations team is responsible for partnering with the Procure to Pay (P2P) Process Owners, Strategic Partners, Global Strategic Sourcing, and other functions to create Purchase Orders and guide our business partners through the P2P process.
Work with the leadership team to monitor performance reports and metrics; identifying opportunities and driving efficiencies.
This highly motivated individual will be primarily responsible for executing This role will be part of Client's Global Procure to Pay Operations organization within Global Procurement.
This position reports to the Sr.
Manager, Global P2P Ops and will interact with a wide range of leadership and staff across Client; as well as our strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Associate include:
o Collaboration with business partners to ensure accuracy and completeness of data submittedo Provide guidance and cross functional support to strategic partners in alignment with continuous improvement process.
o Provide key support on multiple projects; formulate and clearly deliver complex information, issues and recommendations in both written and oral presentationso Develop business cases and strategic recommendationso Review and analyze escalations from our BPO team surrounding complex procurement questions and/or troubleshootingo Responsible for monitoring performance reports and metrics to ensure successful attainment of general, key and critical service levels and important measurements to attain business goalso Perform ad hoc analysis and support special projectsTop 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
SAP S/4HANA experience Knowledgeable of procurement operations, specifically experience with SAP S/4HANA and PO creation.
Other areas of source to pay experience desirable.
Transactional experienceStrong communication skillsCompliance orientedMust be comfortable with change and ever-changing work environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills required with strong customer and compliance-oriented service delivery.

Responsibilities:
Working with the and guiding business users through our interim PO creation process specific to the newly acquired legacy Horizon org.
Creating PO's in SAP S/4HANA on behalf of business partners.
Tracking issues, resolving missing data or systematic issues with relevant support teams.
