Seeking a skilled Project Manager to work on the business side within the HR staffing and training workstream.
Previous consulting experience is preferred because this role will interact with different levels of people, & the PM needs to know how to communicate with the various levels.
Strong communication and presentation skills are needed as this individual will work closely with business leadership (Director and Sr Director levels) & needs to be able to accurately summarize project status and dot the is and cross the ts in presentations for the project.
Ability to capture accurate meeting notes on the computer screen/monitor while running a meeting The ideal candidates will have strong experience w/ healthcare including a background in healthcare HR/staffing and training.
Responsible for project planning, project tracking, scope management, change control management, risk management, and quality assurance of the development project team.
Develop complex program Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
Establishes organization-wide project management strategies.
Ensures projects are completed according to time and budget schedules, and that objectives conform to divisions overall standards and operations objectives and user requirements.
Conducts complex program and project management assessments.
Exhibits strong leadership skills and leads project teams.
Manages the integration of project management within an organization resulting in culture change.
Develops project management training classes and programs.
Identifies new business opportunities.
Specifies requirements, scope level of effort, assess team member strengths and give work assignments with delivery dates in mind.
Resolves project conflicts with affected management.
Top Must-Have Skills:
Proven ability to concurrently manage multiple projects with cross functional workstreams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; Ability to capture accurate meeting notes (electronically) during a call/meeting, and capture/maintain accurate documentation Ability to communicate w/ all levels within an organization; Experience working with/reporting project status to Senior level leaders.
Strong skills w/ PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams Familiarity w/healthcare & pharmacy; Prior HR/staffing and training Project Management experience Ability to utilize standard program and project templates Top Nice-to-Have Skills:
