Job Description:
PMO consultant would manage cross project deliverables across internal and external teams spread across the globe.
Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and vendor project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives globally.
Develop Project plans, Gantt Charts for multiple workstreams and ensure on-time on-budget delivery of the program.
Identify Risks and advise on mitigation plans as required.
Develop transition plans and RACIs for production support transitions.
Manage Carrier Onboarding with external partners.
Partners in lock step with the Global Fulfillment Solution / technology owner.
Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against establishedbusiness goals/objectives.
Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.
Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business administration or related field.
5 years of experience in program management for supply chain technology implementations.
Experience in Supply Chain highly preferred.
Experience in Carrier Onboarding preferred.
oExperience with TMS or Control Tower implementations is a plus.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification is a plus.
CSM Scrum Certification is a plus.
Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization.
Experience in managing stakeholders.
Working knowledge of technical areas spanning Infrastructure, Security, Application development and ERP Implementations.
Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
