Part Time Real Estate Team Assistant Top North Shore Real Estate Team is looking for a self-starting, detail-oriented person to help coordinate administrative functions.
This position is responsible for ensuring the business functions in a smooth and efficient manner.
This includes the physical office and general workings necessary to support team associates and broker/owners.
Some travel to properties may be required.
Responsibilities include:
Helping maintain and document systems and processes for the team Assisting with projects, daily tasks, and assignments Helping to coordinate and execute the team's existing marketing strategy Experience with social media platforms, strategies, and social media marketing Processing paperwork and paperless transactions/listings, pendings, closings, monitoring email correspondence Facilitating client gifts and events Helping to maintain team website Facilitating all aspects of the business including buyer tours, property showings, coordinating outside vendors Working with broker/owners to implement team growth The ideal candidate is:
Organized, proactive, and takes initiative Has excellent communication skills and is detailed oriented Facilitate a collaborative environment for all team members A self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Quick to adopt to new technology Real estate experience preferred, but not required Reports to:
Team Leaders Pay:
$25/hr plus bonus opportunities Hours:
20-30 hours a week.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
