Summary:
This role governs Technology performance management including, KPIs and key metrics, service management metrics and reporting, managed service providers and other vendors that are delivering services for the technology team.
Job
Responsibilities:
Develops and tracks technology performance management measures, including KPIs and key metrics to ensure performance standards are conducive to company standards and all goals and objectives are met in a timely and organized fashion.
Handles technology service management metrics and reporting.
Governs managed service providers and other vendors that are delivering services for the technology team.
Partners with Sourcing, Business and technology teams to define category specific sourcing strategy, aligned to broader Technology strategy Streamlines vendor landscape, reducing supplier costs, defining new engagements.
Monitors service and operating level agreements.
Understands short and long term goals and objectives.
Manages team.
Allocates available resources to meet operating objectives.
Ensures the ongoing training and development of direct reports.
Develops and mentors staff through onboarding, open communication, training and development opportunities and performance management processes; builds and maintains employee morale and motivation; ensures the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies; fosters a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and at least 4 years of experience in vendor management and/or a role managing and interfacing directly with IT vendors OR High School/GED and at least 7 years of experience in vendor management and/or a role managing and interfacing directly with IT vendors.
At least 4 years of experience delivering value for IT through creation of KPIs and other metrics that measure outcomes.
PowerBi experience at the Advanced level Experience working and negotiating with suppliers.
Experience partnering and working with multi functional leadership teams including Finance, Security, Sourcing, IT Experience working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace.
At least 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross functional team leadership.
Willing to travel up to/at least 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Preferred Qualifications Experience standing up managed service providers and other outsourcing engagements Experience setting KPIs for technology function in large enterprise Strong communications, teamwork, and consensus building skills, particularly with senior IT leadership Understanding of industry standards, business operations and regulatory requirements Senior Manager, Technology Performance Recommended Skills Communication Finance Health Care Leadership Metrics Negotiation Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
