Your role at Baxter As the authority in Talent Acquisition (TA) technologies and their evolving landscape, you are accountable for the global TA technology strategy, using innovative tools and technologies to enable a positive hiring experience and to improve recruiter efficiency.
You will own and drive execution of the roadmap, prioritizing technology deployments and optimizations, developing strategies and training to drive user adoption, and partnering with the HR Analytics team to enhance our diagnostic and critical metric reporting to drive better decision making and measure value.

If you re ready to put in time and energy, this strategic role might be an excellent fit for you!What you'll be doingYou will own the development of the global technology strategy and roadmap across all recruiting platforms (i.
e.
, Workday, CRM, video interviewing, virtual assistant etc.
).
You will continually research innovative TA technologies and recommend new platforms that drive process efficiencies, reduce costs, and improve candidate and hiring manager experiences.
As project lead, you will run a portfolio of implementation and optimization projects for global TA technologies, including establishing and engaging global project teams to support the work.
You will develop comprehensive enablement strategies, including communication plans, training approach, user support models, and creative user adoption tactics to promote ongoing adoption of the entire technology stack.
You will establish and continually evolve the TA analytics and reporting strategy, considering input from the recruiting delivery teams and business leaders.
What you'll bringBachelor s degree, or equivalent experience, with a focus in human resources or business, preferred.
A minimum of ten years of professional experience, including experience with HR/recruiting technologies and project management.
Prior experience with full life cycle recruiting a plus.
A solid understanding of organizational change principles and user adoption strategies, and the ability to communicate effectively to varied audiences.
Strong time management skills, and ability to change direction quickly according to fast-evolving business needs.
Experience successfully navigating a global, virtual, and highly matrixed organization.

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices.
The estimated base salary for this position is $136,000 to $187,000 annually.
The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position.
We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change.
Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and/or long-term incentive.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
