JOB DESCRIPTION Our salon in Bannockburn (at Bannockburn Green Shopping Center) is looking for a talented Manager who is passionate about cutting hair, elevating talent, and creating a winning team! The Manager reports to the Team Leader/ Area Manager and is accountable for the effective operation of the business/ store.
The Managers' objective is to develop successful Team Members who will in turn develop a profitable, growing business.
The Manager is responsible for providing direction and control for day to day operations as well as Stylist duties.
Our Store Managers average $52,000.
