We have several immediate openings for HRIS Analysts. These are long term contract positions ONSITE at our client locations in Lake Zurich and Deerfield.
Must understand the HR lingo and HR people metrics
Create, design, prepare and run ad-hoc reports out of timekeeping and payroll systems
Manipulate data via Microsoft Excel using formulas and pivot tables for analysis purposes
Update system configurations, as needed
Monitor data interfaces and troubleshooting errors
Data entry via imports
Creating tickets with system vendors and monitoring through completion for system issues
Tier II support to HR Resource Center for triaging employee/manager system issues
Maintain data elements within various HR Systems for accuracy
Any experience using Business Objects, Cognos, Dayforce, Hyperion, crystal reports, etc.
