This position is a full-life cycle recruiter role, sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting candidates for roles in both Full time and part time roles, plus lending support on recruitment mandates as needed within the Talent Acquisition team. The environment is fast pace with this dynamic team. Sourcing efforts may require alternative methods.
Qualifications Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration. A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience supporting a Sales function. High Volume Merchandiser/Retail experience (Midwest region) with a focus on sourcing and screening. Microsoft Office Suite. Need ability to prioritize and handle a high volume workload. Ability to work with candidates of all levels. Knowledge of the applicant tracking software (ATS) functionality, Taleo. Prefer candidates with experience recruiting in a structured large corporate setting for high volume sales or merchandiser type positions.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
