Prestigious Global Company is currently seeking a SAP Record to Report (R2R) Solution Architect.
Candidate will be responsible for driving Finance controlling and corporate reporting projects. Monitor and quality control on all new Finance reporting initiatives. The role will encompass the management of an external team of variable scale, remote or on site depending on the demand. This position will promote and work in conjunction with other stakeholders for the standardization and common ways of working across all business units. The position will enable the delivery of the Global Management reporting strategy defined by the group.
Responsibilities:
Finance lead for all initiatives of variable scale for Corporate Finance, managing vendors and ensuring project successful Finance Ops Lead to Deliver the Management reporting services strategy and vision in regards of the design of Corporate Reporting, Commercial FI reporting, FI OPS Reporting, Brand Profitability, A&P Mgt, Investment Mgt, Trade Prom Mgt, Profit center Acct Ac IT Lead of the Virtual Center of excellence, integrated by the Business, BI and RTR teams Integration Lead Coordinating the EDW and EPM teams to ensure the end-to-end Management and statutory reporting. Working together with FP&A and Corporate Controller teams to ensure a robust Corporate and Management reporting Solution Architect, designing and developing architecture standards and ensuring alignment with Business on Ops Management and stock valuation globally Subject Matter Experts support key project activities on Ops Management and Stock valuation Ensure SOX compliance and controls
Qualifications:
- Capacity to communicate, present, influence, innovate and negotiate at a executive level (Operations finance)
- Management and leadership of external resources, remote or on site of variable scale (1-6 team members)
- Ability to work under tight budget and timelines with project and delivery oriented aptitude
- Analytics to integrate, consolidate and understand business processes flows in R/3 from different modules
- Occasional Project Management of different scale
- 6 - 8 years of hands-on SAP Profitability Analysis, Brand Profitability, Investment Management, Profit center Acct Material ledger, Customs & Excise and Consolidation functional configuration
- International deployment experience on large multinationals
- Exposure to Spirits industry
- Experience on Product costing, Material ledger and FI
- Proficient in all the R/3 integration aspects on the logistics process with generic understanding of other modules like SD
- Experience on multiple implementations and/or roll out from blueprint to go-live
- Knowledge of Roles and authorization functionality
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science or similar
- Availability to travel 30% internationallyEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
