Oracle America, Inc. has openings for Technical Analysts-Support in Deerfield, IL. As a member of the Support organization, focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as, technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services. A primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues. As an Associate Support Engineer, you will be the technical interface to customers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) for resolution of problems related to the installation, recommended maintenance and use of Oracle products. Your primary task will be to provide level one support to customers who contact the Oracle Solution Center and maintain high level of customer satisfaction while meeting guidelines (mostly through electronic means). Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. This is an entry-level technical position at Oracle.
Employer will accept Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field and 1 year of work experience in job offered or 1 year of work experience in a technology analyst or technology consultant-related occupation. Education or experience must include:
1. 1 year of experience with Java- based programming languages and ability to troubleshoot coding issues with these languages;
2. 1 year of experience with HTML, CSS, and Javascript and ability to troubleshoot coding issues with these languages;
3. 1 year of experience with CRM integrations, specifically Salesforce, and ability to understand related functions and triggers, and troubleshoot issues with these softwares;
4. Experience with debugging issues and testing fixes in Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer via web page debugger tools, including Firebug and Web Developer;
5. 1 year of customer support experience and ability to troubleshoot customer issues to quickly find a resolution;
6. 1 year of experience debugging output document issues with PDF, RTF, DOCX, Antenna House/PDF Merge, Excel output, and HTML output;
7. 1 year of experience with XML/XSL and ability to troubleshoot coding issues with these languages; and
8. Experience with and ability to troubleshoot issues with FTP/SFTP.
Experience may be gained concurrently.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
