Summary:
Senior IT Project Manager - Sales and Supply Chain is responsible for leading teams to deliver programs and project(s) that span across the Sales and Supply Chain (SSC) vertical.
The Senior IT Project Manager will manage resources, schedules, and financials, and adhere to stage gate quality.
This also includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery.

The Senior IT Project Manager has the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis, to verify that the project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost, and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case.
Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of initiatives that span the Finance VerticalFull project life cycle ownership:
successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneouslyManage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectivesReport on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activitiesWork creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellencePrepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the projectManage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the project management team meetingsProvide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadershipManage project scope and changesDevelop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issuesMonitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverablesDevelop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team and sponsor, IT Finance Business Relationship Director, PMO Director, CIO and key stakeholdersDetermine the frequency and content of status reports from the project and program team, analyze results and troubleshoot problem areasDefine success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project and program life cycleEnsure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standardsManage project and program issues and risks to mitigate impact to baselineExtensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods and techniques Required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experiencePMP and Agile methodology (CSM, PMI-ACP) certifications preferredSuccessful delivery experience with large scale technical Financial programs and projects involving related technologies.
Exposure to SAP S4 Hana with preferred experience/expertise in Financial systems10
years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects10
years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment5
